6. If the drain pump doesn’t show continuity, you must replace it.

1. Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the toe panel from your washer. Unclip the panel and allow it to be pulled off.
2. Find and reach up to the door latch.
3. Once located, you will see a tear-drop-shaped tab on the door latch and pull it.
