Fault Description: High-stage failed to start 3 times (24ANA7 models only)

Potential Cause and Action:  High-stage failed to start three consecutive times due to the specified start voltage not reaching the VS terminal. The high stage is locked out for 30 minutes.

Error Code 81

Fault Description:  Low-stage Thermal Lockout

Potential Cause and Action:  Thermal cut-out occurs in three consecutive low/high-stage cycles. The low stage is locked out for 4 hours or until 24 volts of power is recycled.

Error Code 82

Fault Description: High-stage Thermal Lockout

Potential Cause and Action:  Thermal cut-out occurs in three consecutive high/low-stage cycles. The high stage is locked out for 4 hours or until 24 volts of power is recycled.

Fault code 87

Error code description: Open high Contactor (24ANA7 only)

Cause and action: At the compressor’s start, voltage could not be sensed. high-stage contactor could be stuck open/there could be some wiring error.

Error code description: Open Low Contactor (24ANA7 only)

Cause and action:  Compressor voltage was not sensed when the compressor started. There could be a wiring issue, or The low-stage contactor could be open or stuck.

Fault code 84

Error code Description: Lock Out On High Pressure

Cause and action: Can switch trip on high pressure, which happened during 3 consecutive cycles. The unit can lock out operation until the 24V power is recycled or for 4 hours.
